Telecaller Survey

A Telecaller survey is required, and is free. Once you determine if Cape Cod Telecaller meets your needs, we offer a two hour consultation to help with a recommendation. Several considerations should be studied:

Internet service from Falmouth Wireless is NOT REQUIRED (although that would be nice!). This service is designed to use our Network Operations Center to help you reach others by telephone for many applications. Here are the some of the low cost programs that may be of interest:

1. Professional telecalling of customers for appointment reminders (Automatic or "In Person"). Great for Medical and Professionals.

2. Public Safety first responder calling.

3. Public Safety warnings for our population.

Each Telecaller program is designed specifically for the customer we serve.

Telecaller programs using live callers according to your script generally are priced at $20/hour. We make calls by a "Cape Codder" live person!

Telecallers with technical experience are not an issue for us! You get to talk with our staff, and pick the best fit for your message! They will give you feedback, and hard data. You can even listen in to their interaction with your customers!

Do you want instant messaging! We have that too, so you can deal with any situation!

This program runs along with your Web Site you already use. We can provide a hosted site for $9.50/month plus $25 setup fee. We have web site designers that make your web site special!

We provide hard data results to determine if your program is successful or if you need to run additional campaigns. You are in control!

We can make as many as 50 calls at the same time! This is great for emergency first responders such as Fire, Police, EMS, Poison centers.

We can call anywhere there is a telephone: local, regional, USA, overseas! (Lingual callers are available, currently English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French speakers)
